Note: By using skip you will abdicate the 1000 Soul Ash and 1250 Reservoir Anima rewarded by the Twisting Corridor questline. Twisting Corridor quests that are also skipped Note that Redemption for the Redeemer is not skipped and you can still pick it up for 1250 Reservoir Anima. Note that completing the Twisting Corridors questline is not a pre-requisite for this skip. Note that using this skip also completes the Twisting Corridors questline for the character. With this skips, players don't need to do the introduction to The Maw, Torghast, and the Runecarver. Chapter 2 starts with the quest The Highlord Calls, given to players after they finish the Covenant Sanctum introduction, which is the Chapter 1 of the Covenant campaigns. Players that have completed the Chapter 2 - Torghast with a different character previously are now able to speak with Highlord Bolvar Fordragon in Oribos to skip the Chapter in its entirety. Skip Covenant Campaign Chapter 2 - Torghast The second skip is in the Korthia questline, which allows players to skip ahead to Chapter 3 in the new Chains of Domination campaign, skipping all the introduction to Korthia quests. The first skip is to skip the Chapter 2 of the Covenant campaign, that way you are not forced to do Torghast on alts to get into Korthia. To help players get into Chains of Domination content right away, Blizzard has added two new skips for characters in Patch 9.1. New Progression Skips with Chains of Domination Chapter 2 ends with the Prison of the Forgotten quest. In order to be eligible to receive The First Move, a character must have completed the Chapter 2 - Torghast of the Covenant Campaign, which deals with first meeting Ve'nari and rescuing Baine from Torghast. Pre-requisites for Chains of Domination Questline After completing the quest, characters continue the quest by heading to The Maw and doing the introduction quests to Korthia. The quest takes you to Highlord Bolvar Fordragon in Oribos and plays the Kingsmourne cinematic, explaining what happened with the Archon. You start the Patch 9.1 questline with the quest The First Move, which should be in your questlog as you log in after Chains of Domination launch. Starting the Chains of Domination Questline These quests also come with new skips for characters in Patch 9.1! Pick up the disc piece to the south with 8 spritelings.įollow the spritelings to the northwest and use Kirby’s lantern on the Guardian Statue to deactivate the green barrier and allow yourself to return to near where the Wispwagon warp pad is.With Chains of Domination on the horizon, it is a good time to talk about the requirements to start the new covenant campaign chapters. Their Buff Puff is located on an island to the west, so first rush there, take out the Buff Puff, pull back your psritelings from the island, and then engage the Knightcaps.ĭefeating the Knightcaps will open the gates to the north and south. Here, you’ll find an area with Knightcaps. Take it out with your emberlings and proceed southwest. To the east here, there’s a Torch Throat. Head southeast from here and hop off the cliff. Take it down and all the faeflies that emerge. Go east from the icy plants to find a faefly hive. You can take out the icy plants here with your shiverlings to make the area safer and unlock a shortcut. Toss barblings to take down the crystal to the eastern end. That’s your Piece #4.įor the fifth piece, head east from the shrine disc. Send five lunalings to carry it out and over to the shrine. To the west, you’ll find another piece, but it’s mired in corruption. Now reunite with Wake and return to where you had emerged from the log as Kirby. Once on the other side, take out the corruption node to the east to clear the path. Go west, down the ramp and you’ll find a log you can squeeze through.
